CCD

As parents it is the duty, as pledged in the Sacrament of Marriage and reaffirmed in the Sacrament of Baptism, that parents will raise their children in the faith of the Roman Catholic Church. As a church parish, our CCD program is designed to assist you in preparing and educating your child in the Roman Catholic faith.  Parents are the first teachers of their children and it is with that in mind that we have structured the CCD program to where you, the parent, have the opportunity to work with your child in teaching and forming them in the ways of the faith.

Our elementary program is for children in 1st through 8th grade.  The classes are held once a month, on a Tuesday from 6:00pm- 7:00pm, here at the Family Life Center.  At least one parent is required to attend with the child.

While the students are in their respective classrooms, the parents gather in the main hall where you get to listen to a lecture from our adult formation director.  Each year he presents a different series on a chosen topic which consists of exploring and learning more about different books of the Bible, church teaching and how to better understand it, growing in the spiritual life; etc.

For our high school students, please reference the Confirmation page.
